How fast can you look at my computer?
Drop-offs are usually diagnosed within a day or two; remote sessions often same-day. On-site visits typically within the week.
Is my data safe during a repair?
Yes. Your files stay on your machine and we recommend (or make) a backup before any risky operation. We never wipe a drive without your explicit go-ahead.
Do you fix Macs?
Yes — both Apple and Windows machines, hardware and software.
My computer is old and slow — repair or replace?
Bring it in and we will tell you straight. An SSD upgrade revives most machines under 7 or 8 years old for a fraction of the cost of replacing them. Older than that, we will help you pick a replacement and move everything over.
