Prices include the Starlink subscription, all equipment, installation labor and support. Tax not included. Equipment remains the property of OBX Tech Guy and is removed at no charge if service ends. Starlink service is subject to Starlink’s own coverage and terms. We are an independent installer and are not affiliated with Starlink.

Free visit. We confirm a clear sky view for the dish, count floors and TVs, and map every WiFi unit.

Dish mounted, cable run clean, mesh placed, every TV joined. Speed test in every bedroom before we leave.

Framed QR card by the door and on the fridge, plus a one-page sheet for your cleaner or manager.

If the internet is down for more than 24 hours during a guest stay, that month is free.
No forms, no arguing. Our monitoring already knows when it happened. We credit the next invoice and tell you what we fixed. Weather outages that affect all of Starlink are the one exception, and we will say so plainly.
Good to know
Do I have to buy any equipment?
No. We supply, own and maintain everything. If service ends, we remove it at no charge.
What happens in a hurricane?
We lower or secure the dish before a named storm, and we are first back to bring houses online after. Storm damage to our equipment is covered.
What if the house already has cable?
We keep it as the backup line for automatic failover, or build the program around it. We quote both ways on the site check.
Who do guests call?
Us. The framed card lists our support number. You only hear about it in the monthly report.
How fast is Starlink here?
Typically 100 to 250 Mbps download with 25 to 60 ms response time. Enough for eight or more 4K streams at once. Speed varies by location, weather and time of day.
Is there a contract?
12 months with the price locked. Month-to-month is $40 more. Managers with 10 or more homes get setup waived.
