Fixed vs tilting vs full-motion — 30-second guide
Fixed: flattest, cheapest, strongest. Straight-on viewing only. Tilting: adds downward angle for bedrooms and above-console heights; still hugs the wall. Full-motion: extends and swivels for corner installs, kitchens, and rooms with multiple seating areas. When in doubt: tilt for bedrooms, full-motion for living areas, fixed when the TV faces the couch dead center at eye level.
FAQ
Can I mount a TV without hitting studs?
Not with these mounts, and you shouldn’t try with any. Drywall anchors and 60 inches of glass end badly. Two lag bolts into two studs (or one very solid stud for single-stud mounts) is the minimum. Concrete and brick work great with the included anchors.
How high should I mount my TV?

Do TV mounts fit every TV?
Check two numbers: VESA pattern (the bolt spacing on the TV’s back, e.g. 400×400) and weight. Every mount above lists both. TVs from the last decade are almost all standard VESA.
