• We do not mount on plaster, tile, stone, or multi-layered facades, nor on external walls.

• In-wall cord concealment is not available for surfaces above a fireplace, or brick.

• Customers must supply any HDMI cables prior to tech arrival.

• We do not service specialized mounts (motorized, pillar, ceiling, corner, drop-down).

• We do not install mounts on single studs, surfaces with no studs, or outside locations / exterior surfaces.

• The bottom of the TV cannot measure more than 8 feet from the ground.

• This service does NOT include trash haul away.

• There must be at least (1) wall stud available if toggle bolts are to be used in the absence of another wall stud
